Water-soluble yarn, also known as PVA yarn, is generally made of water-soluble vinylon fiber spun yarn.
Water-soluble vinylon fiber filament and staple fiber two categories, is the production of water-soluble yarn ideal water-soluble fiber.
General water soluble yarn products are: environmental protection water soluble thread, room temperature water soluble thread, water soluble yarn, water soluble blended yarn and so on.
Product characteristics
(1) The water solubility is good, and it can be completely dissolved in hot water according to different needs.
(2) Good mechanical properties: strength of about 25cN, elongation of about 25%, plasticity, hardness, impact toughness, multiple impact resistance and fatigue limit.
(3) good weather resistance: in all fibers, second only to acrylic, after long-term exposure, the strength decreased slightly.
(4) The moisture absorption is better than that of vinylon staple fiber, the moisture regain in the standard state is 5.0~6.0, and the spinning performance is good.
(5) with natural biodegradability: water soluble fiber dissolved in water can be naturally biodegradable, or rapidly degraded in activated sludge, no pollution to the environment.

Used as a raw material for water-soluble non-woven fabrics to produce water-soluble non-woven fabrics
As a water-soluble packaging material
Embroidery base cloth, so that the machine embroidery lace to produce hand embroidery style
Used for the production of water-soluble worsted yarn, in order to melt the yarn and other yarns interwoven.
Special industry for disposable clothing to meet industrial health, environmental requirements
