What is organic cotton?

The 10 largest organic cotton growing countries are (ranked in order): Turkey, India, United States, China, Syria, Peru, Uganda, Tanzania, Israel and Pakistan. Almost 45 per cent of organic cotton is grown in the Middle East (Turkey, Syria and Israel) and 32.9 per cent in Southeast Asia (India and Pakistan).
GOTS organic cotton certificate: organic cotton in the yarn content must reach more than 70% before the transaction certificate can be issued, is the highest standard certificate.
OCS organic cotton certificate: organic cotton in the yarn content of more than 5% can be issued a transaction certificate, the current market is relatively common low standard certificate.
Recycled cotton: GRS transaction certificate is issued for recycled cotton. At present, the thinnest size of recycled cotton cannot exceed 40S, and recycled cotton cannot be made above 40S (⚠attention)
